WOMEN IN ISLAM VIEWS
Has been a consensus for the Muslims in all countriesand at any time on all classes of jurists, scholars,Hadith scholars and experts of Sufism, that her hairincluding jewelry that must be closed, should not be opened inthe presence of people who are not married individuals.
The sanad and propositions of ijma 'is the verseAl-Qur'an:
"Say to the believing women, 'Let
they hold views, maintaining his cock,
and not to show off her jewelry, except
the (regular) appears thereof. And let them
lowered the hood fabric to her chest, ... "
(Q.s. An-Nuur: 31).
Thus, based on the above verse, Allah swt. has bannedfor believing woman to show her jewelry.Unless the birth (usually visible). Among the scholars, both past and present, no one said thather hair including those who were born, and evenscholars of the liberal-minded, it is classifiedjewelry is not visible.
In his commentary, Al-Qurtubi said, "Allah Almighty. Hasforbids to women, so she did not showjewelry (beauty), except to the peopleparticular, or the usual jewelry looks. "
Ibn Mas'ud said, "Watch the birth (normal looking)is clothes. "Added by Ibn Jubair," Faces "Coupled by Sa'eed ibn Jubayr and al-Auzai, "Face, his hands and clothes. "
Ibn Abbas, Qatadah and Ibn Al-Masuri Makhramah said,"Jewelry (beauty) that is born kohl, jewelryand rings included allowed (permissible). "
Ibn Atiyah says, "What is clear to me is the appropriatethe meaning of the verse, that the woman was ordered tonot manifest itself in a state of beautiful ornateand so tried to cover it up. Exceptions to thethe parts that would heavily to cover it, becauseemergency and difficult, such as the face and hands. "
Al-Qurtubi said, "the nice view of Ibn Atiyahonce, because usually the face and hands were visible inthe usual time, and when doing charitable worship, for exampleprayer, pilgrimage and so forth. "
Such a situation is consistent with what is reportedby Abu Daud from Aisha r.a. that when Asma 'bint AbuFuel r.a. met the Messenger of Allah, when it was Asma ''m wearing thin, and the Messenger of Allah.looked away as he said:
"O Asma '! Indeed, if a woman
have reached menstruation, it is no longer feasible for
he was displaying them, but this ... "(he
indicated on the face and hands).
Thus, the words of the Prophet. it shows thatwoman's hair may not include jewelryrevealed, except the face and hands.
Allah swt. has been ordered for women believers,in the paragraph above, to cover placesusually open at the chest. Meaning of Al-Khimar it is"Fabric to cover the head," as turbans tomen, as well as the statements of the scholars and expertsinterpretation. This (hadith that recommends covering the head)not found in any hadith.
Al-Qurtubi said, "For fall verse isthat at the time when women cover their heads withakhmirah (veil), the hood was pulled back,so the chest, neck and ears uncovered. Thus,Allah swt. ordered to cover the face, iechest and the other. "
In the history of Al-Bukhari, the Aisha r.a. has said,"Hopefully it's the woman who emigrated blessed God."
When it comes down the verse, they immediately ripped clothesto cover what is open.
When Aisha r.a. visited by Hafsah, nephew, sonfrom brother named Abdurrahman r.a. by usinghoods (khamirah) are thin in the neck, Aishar.a. then said, "It's very thin, it can not
